By working only with commercial accounts Glacial is not left with unpaid residential electric bills. People have the house for sale and decide to pay up with the house sells... Tenants leave and don't notify the utility company... People with hardships can't pay their bill but need electrical service... those situations create debt that PPL has to pass on to other consumers.
Glacial Energy is debt free. Our customers are paying only for the electricity and our minimal overhead and margin.
