Frequently asked questions about energy deregulation and alternatives tp PPL

1:  We can do residences as separate line items on a commercial account.   We do most business owners and rental properties that way.  

2. No additional fees… just energy KSH bill and sales tax.   Yes, you can cancel at any time,.   To switch back to PPL just call or email me.  Any other supplier you wish to go to will have a form similar to ours that will go to PPL to have the billing switched.

3. We can do an annual agreement, but the rate is the same varialble rate.

4. We do have a credit billing as an alternate.   We do not bill through PPL.  The companies who bill through PPL are including the cost of that service in your bill.

5.  Yes, the agreements need to have the PPL account #, Meter # and meter property address.   I can add that here and you can add or remove additional meters at any time.

6. PPL  will stiff bill you for the Distribution and Competitive Transition Charge (temporary) and will be the place to call about downed lines, new service and power interruptions.
